How Orforglipron works
A pill that activates GLP-1.
Orforglipron is the first small-molecule (non-peptide) GLP-1 receptor agonist. It activates the GLP-1 pathway to reduce appetite, slow gastric emptying, and increase feelings of fullness, all from a once-daily tablet taken any time. Your physician will explain what results may be realistic for you.
