These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the DarDoc website ("Website"), mobile application ("Mobile Application"), and any related products and services (collectively, "Services") provided by DARDOC HEALTH TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED and its affiliates or subsidiaries ("DarDoc", "we", "us", or "our"). This Agreement forms a binding legal contract between you ("User", "you", or "your") and DarDoc. By using our Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you are using the Services on behalf of an entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity. If you do not agree with these terms, you must immediately stop using the Services.
1. Accounts and Membership
To use the Services, you must be at least 18 years old. By registering, you confirm you meet this age requirement. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. DarDoc reserves the right to monitor, review, suspend, or terminate accounts at its sole discretion for any reason, including but not limited to violation of this Agreement or conduct that may damage our reputation. Providing false information or failing to notify us of security breaches may lead to account suspension.
2. Billing and Payments
All fees must be paid in accordance with the pricing and terms in effect at the time of purchase. Payments are processed over SSL-secured connections and are encrypted for user protection. We comply with PCI standards and conduct routine malware scans. In high-risk transactions, we may require identity verification. We reserve the right to change pricing, limit quantities, or cancel orders at our discretion. If changes occur, we may notify you via the contact information provided.
3. Accuracy of Information
We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee that all content on the Services is complete, current, or error-free. We reserve the right to correct any errors or update information at any time without prior notice. Any reliance on the information is at your own risk.

6. Prohibited Uses
You are strictly prohibited from using the Services to: (a)Violate any laws or regulations; (b)Infringe intellectual property rights; (c)Transmit harmful or malicious content; (d)Harass or discriminate against others; (e)Engage in fraudulent, misleading, or unethical conduct; (f)Use DarDoc for unauthorized third-party representation; (g)Violation of these rules will result in immediate termination of your account without refund.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property related to the Services remains the sole property of DarDoc or its licensors. Use of any trademarks, content, or proprietary material without written permission is strictly prohibited.
8. Disclaimer of Warranty
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted service. Any data or material obtained through the Services is at your own risk.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DarDoc and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the greater of one dollar or the amount you paid to DarDoc in the preceding one-month period.
10. Limitation of Liability for Care
DarDoc is a technology platform and is not responsible for the medical care provided by third-party licensed healthcare professionals. The healthcare provider assumes full liability for the treatment rendered. Users waive all claims against DarDoc related to care outcomes.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DarDoc and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Services or breach of this Agreement.
12. Medical Disclaimer & Fulfillment Terms
Medical Disclaimer:
The Services are not a substitute for in-person medical consultation, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a licensed medical professional before acting on any information provided.
Doctor Approval Requirement:
Some products and services require clinical review and approval before fulfillment. DarDoc reserves the right to deny or cancel services that are not medically appropriate.
Fulfillment Subject to Assessment:
Medical services are subject to ongoing clinical evaluation. DarDoc may cancel or alter any service depending on health conditions, regulatory guidance, or professional judgment.
Refund & Exchange Policy for Compounded Products:
Due to the personalized nature of compounded medications, no returns or exchanges are accepted unless the product is found tampered upon delivery and reported within 24 hours with supporting documentation.
Consent for Reorders:
By reordering any compounded or prescription-based product, you confirm your continued consent for treatment and agree that reorders may be subject to clinical review.
13. Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect. We intend that the Agreement be enforced to the greatest extent permitted by law.
14. Dispute Resolution
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Abu Dhabi Global Market Courts and the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the UAE courts. You waive any right to jury trial and agree that the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
15. Assignment
You may not transfer or assign your rights under this Agreement without prior written consent. DarDoc reserves the right to assign its rights and obligations without restriction.
16. Changes and Amendments
DarDoc reserves the right to update this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The updated version will reflect the revised date.
17. Acceptance of These Terms
By using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted all the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, you are not authorized to access the Services.
