“We didn't set out to build an app. We set out to make care show up at your door, at any hour, by clinicians we'd trust with our own families.”

FAQDarDoc is a UAE home and online healthcare company. We send DHA and DoH licensed nurses to your home, office, or hotel for blood tests, IV drips, peptide and GLP-1 weight loss protocols, and mother and child care. Anything that doesn't need an in-person visit, like a follow-up consult or prescription, happens over the app. One brand, two surfaces, same clinical team behind both.
DarDoc serves all seven emirates of the UAE. Some services are available everywhere, while others are limited to Dubai and Abu Dhabi for now based on nurse coverage and licensing. Online consultations and prescriptions are available anywhere in the country. The booking page shows what's available at your address before you check out.
Every nurse on the DarDoc roster is licensed by the Dubai Health Authority or the Department of Health, Abu Dhabi, and carries the same credentials required to work in a UAE hospital. Doctors who review protocols, sign prescriptions, and interpret results are UAE licensed physicians. We don't use unlicensed staff for any clinical step.
Consults, nursing care, IV drips, and blood tests are usually available same-day in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, subject to nurse availability in your area. Medications are typically same-day or next-day delivery depending on stock and prescription approval. The app shows live slots when you choose a time. For specialist visits like a newborn checkup or a complex peptide consult, booking a day ahead helps us match the right clinician.
It depends on the service. Blood tests, IV drips, and most mother and child visits don't require a prescription. Peptides and GLP-1 weight loss treatments are prescription medications, so a DarDoc doctor reviews your case online before anything is dispensed.
Every service lists its price upfront on the booking page in AED, with no hidden visit fees added at the door. We accept all major cards, Apple Pay, Tabby, and Tamara, so you can split payments across instalments if you'd like. Insurance reimbursement depends on your provider, so we issue a detailed invoice you can submit. There's no membership or subscription required to book.
Nurses arrive with sterile, sealed equipment and follow the same SOPs used in UAE hospitals. Every IV and prescription protocol is doctor formulated, and clients with conditions like kidney issues, blood thinners, pregnancy, or recent surgery get a clinician review before the visit. If anything feels off during a session, the nurse can slow, pause, or stop immediately and escalate to our on-call medical team.
Yes. Many of our clients book on behalf of a parent, partner, or child. For newborn and paediatric visits, our Mother and Child team includes nurses trained specifically in postnatal and infant care. Add the patient's details at checkout so the right clinician arrives prepared. Parental presence is required for anyone under 18.
Results, prescriptions, and consult notes live in your DarDoc account and are visible only to you and the clinicians treating you. We follow UAE data protection requirements and store medical records on encrypted infrastructure. We don't sell data, and we don't share it with third parties outside the clinical chain (your lab, your pharmacy, your doctor). You can request a full export or deletion at any time.
Most clients discover us through one service and stay for the rest. Beyond IV drips, DarDoc brings at-home blood panels with clinician-led interpretation, peptide therapy and GLP-1 weight loss protocols, mother and child care from pregnancy through paediatrics, and online consultations for follow-ups and prescriptions. If you've already booked once, your profile carries across all of them.
Both work. The full booking flow, results, prescriptions, and chat with your clinician are available on dardoc.com and inside the DarDoc app on iOS and Android. The app is useful if you book repeatedly or want push notifications for results and nurse arrival. You don't need an account to browse, but you'll create one at checkout so your medical record stays in one place.
Visitors and residents are both welcome. You can book before you land and we'll meet you at your hotel, residence, or villa at the time you choose. A valid ID (passport or Emirates ID) is requested at the visit for clinical record keeping. Group bookings for weddings, events, and corporate offsites are common, so tell us the headcount at checkout.
