Pricing may vary by service type, emirate, provider, and time of booking. Subscription plans are billed on a recurring basis and grant access to a defined set of services at a bundled rate; pay-per-service options are charged at the time of booking confirmation. A full itemisation of all fees applicable to your selected service or plan is available on request at any time. Please note that some services, add-ons, or follow-up consultations may require additional payment not included in your selected plan or membership tier.
DarDoc’s platform is operated and owned by DARDOC HEALTH TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED, a healthcare technology company incorporated in Abu Dhabi Global Market and incubated by the Department of Health, Abu Dhabi (DOH) and accredited to deliver healthcare services through its mobile platform across Abu Dhabi. Care is delivered by licensed doctors, nurses, and pharmacists, either directly through DarDoc’s DHA-licensed clinical entities in Dubai (digital clinic, Licence No. 2985077; home healthcare, Licence No. 5167298; pharmacy, Licence No. 8292813), or through independently licensed healthcare providers accessed via DarDoc’s platform in other emirates. All clinical decisions and medical opinions are made solely by the treating licensed professionals. DarDoc does not bill insurance providers directly and does not guarantee coverage for any service. Some services accessed through DarDoc’s platform may qualify for full or partial reimbursement through your private health insurance plan, though this is subject entirely to your insurer’s terms and conditions and is outside of DarDoc’s control. To request reimbursement, you may obtain a detailed invoice from DarDoc to submit to your insurer directly. We recommend confirming eligibility and reimbursement procedures with your insurer before booking. VAT applicability varies by service category and is applied in line with the latest regulations issued by the UAE Federal Tax Authority. Prices displayed on DarDoc’s platform may or may not include VAT depending on the service type; please refer to your individual invoice for a complete fee breakdown inclusive of applicable taxes.
