Refund and Cancellation Policy
Our policy is valid for a period of 14 calendar days from the date of the purchase. If you are not satisfied with the service due to negligence by our partners then you can initiate a complaint through 800DARDOCTOR or by contacting email@example.com. A complete refund will be issued for any negligence, service denial, protocol violation or malpractices made by our front-line partners. If the period of 14 days has elapsed since availing the services, we can't, unfortunately, offer you a refund.
Refund and Cancellation Requirements
For all services excluding newborn care, adult & elderly care, or child care:
- 100% cancellation fee if canceled within 4 hours of the booking time
- 50% cancellation fee if canceled within 4-12 hours of the booking time
- 25% cancellation fee if canceled beyond 4-12 hours of the booking time and the amount is redeemed to the wallet
- 25% cancellation fee if canceled beyond 12-24 hours of the booking time and the amount is redeemed to the bank
- Zero cancellation fee if canceled beyond 12-24 hours of the booking time and the amount is redeemed to the wallet
For newborn care, adult care & child care nursing:
- 50% cancellation fee if canceled within 0-12 hours of the booking period
- 15% cancellation fee if canceled within 12-24 hours of the booking period
- 25% cancellation fee if an ongoing booking needs to be canceled in the middle of it and the amount is redeemed back to the bank account
- Zero cancellation fee for ongoing bookings if the amount is redeemed back to the wallet.
Cancellation and refund requests must be initiated by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org or calling 800DARDOCTOR. All refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment or redeemed to the wallet as per the policy stated above.
It's important to keep in mind that there is often a difference between a service that has been compromised with quality and a situation where operations are overwhelmed. We offer a reschedule of service at no extra cost in the event where our front-line partners operations were overwhelmed. In such events, DarDoc may offer the customer with promo codes, cash back or discounts that can be used against future transactions. Issuance of such promotions and discounts shall be as per DarDoc’s customer satisfaction policies.
