Biological Age for Women is a single purchase, with no subscription or membership. Discuss your results and personal action plan with your doctor, then put the recommendations into practice. Ask whether a repeat test around three months would help you measure changes and refine your plan. Timing depends on the markers and your health; follow-up tests are booked separately.

What is included in Biological Age for Women?

The package covers the 40 listed biomarkers, blood collection, a digitized report in the DarDoc app and a free doctor discussion. Your next steps are based on your findings and health history. Additional tests and treatment are booked separately.

How should I prepare?

Fast for 8 to 12 hours before sample collection. Plain water is permitted and is encouraged. Avoid food, juice, coffee, tea, and over the counter supplements during the fasting window. For cycling women, day 2 to 5 of the menstrual cycle is preferred for accurate FSH and Estradiol measurement. Continue prescribed medications unless otherwise instructed by your physician.

When will I receive my results?

The listed laboratory turnaround is up to 3 days. The team can confirm the expected timing for your collection. Your digitized report is available in the DarDoc app.

Can I discuss my results with a doctor?

Yes. A free discussion with a DarDoc doctor is included. Talk through what the results mean in the context of your symptoms, history and any relevant follow-up. Further testing and treatment are separate purchases.

When in my cycle should I take this test?

Day 2 to 5 of the menstrual cycle is preferred for FSH and Estradiol. Postmenopausal women, women on continuous hormonal contraception, or women with irregular cycles can collect at any time, with the cycle phase noted on the report.

Does this calculate my biological age?

The panel provides component biomarkers commonly used in biological age algorithms. A physician can interpret the values within a longevity framework.
