The collection is at home, the interpretation is clinician-led, and the work continues long after the result lands.

DarDoc operates in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. In Dubai the visit is by a DHA-licensed nurse. In Abu Dhabi it's a DoH-licensed nurse. Same clinical standard, same equipment, same SOP. The nurse arrives at your address at the booked time and the visit takes 10 to 15 minutes.

Pick a panel, book a slot. A licensed nurse arrives at your home, office, or hotel at the booked time. They draw the sample using sealed, sterile equipment. The sample travels under cold chain to a CAP-accredited partner laboratory. Results land in your DarDoc account with a clinician-led interpretation, typically within 24 hours.

Most panels deliver within 24 hours of sample collection. Specialized tests like food intolerance and advanced hormone panels take 5 to 10 working days. Each product page shows the exact turnaround for that specific panel.

Every sample is processed at a CAP-accredited partner laboratory. CAP, the College of American Pathologists, is the international gold standard for clinical pathology, the same accreditation used by leading hospitals in the US, UK, and Europe. It covers equipment calibration, staff competency, sample handling, and results validation. The numbers you receive meet hospital-grade standards.

It depends on the panel. Lipid and metabolic panels usually require 8 to 12 hours of fasting. Thyroid, hormone, and vitamin panels typically don't. Each product page lists the exact fasting requirement and your booking confirmation will state it clearly. If you're unsure, our support team will confirm before the visit.

Yes. The nurse draws once and the lab runs everything you've ordered from that draw. There's no extra collection fee for additional panels in the same visit.

A clinician reviews every result before it's released. If anything is flagged outside reference range, you'll get a clinician note explaining what it means and the recommended next step. That might be a retest, a specialist referral, a protocol adjustment, or further investigation. You're never left with a number you don't understand.
