DarDoc’s platform is operated and owned by DARDOC HEALTH TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED, a healthcare technology company incorporated in Abu Dhabi Global Market and incubated by the Department of Health, Abu Dhabi (DOH) and accredited to deliver healthcare services through its mobile platform across Abu Dhabi. Care is delivered by licensed doctors, nurses, and pharmacists, either directly through DarDoc’s DHA-licensed clinical entities in Dubai (digital clinic, Licence No. 2985077; home healthcare, Licence No. 5167298; pharmacy, Licence No. 8292813), or through independently licensed healthcare providers accessed via DarDoc’s platform in other emirates. All clinical decisions and medical opinions are made solely by the treating licensed professionals. To request reimbursement, you may obtain a detailed invoice from DarDoc to submit to your insurer directly. VAT applicability varies by service category and is applied in line with the latest regulations issued by the UAE Federal Tax Authority.
