Don't take our word for it

We needed help looking after my father after his hip surgery. The nurse was punctual, kind and genuinely cared. She helped him walk again with patience I didn't think was possible.

Mum has dementia and we were so anxious about leaving her with anyone. The caregiver they matched us with has become family. She follows the routine to the letter and Mum lights up when she arrives.

The overnight nurse was a lifesaver. Dad needs medication at 2am and used to fall trying to reach the bathroom. We finally slept properly for the first time in months knowing he was safe.

I live abroad and arranging care for my grandmother from London felt impossible. The team handled everything over WhatsApp, sent me daily updates, and grandma adores her companion.

Background-checked and properly trained, you can tell immediately. Our nurse spotted that mum's blood pressure medication was timed wrong and flagged it to her doctor. Real expertise.

Booking took ten minutes on WhatsApp. The caregiver arrived the next morning, briefed and ready. No forms, no awkward agency calls. Exactly what a busy working family needs.

Dad refused help for years. The companion they sent was so respectful and patient that within a week he was asking when she'd come back. The change in his mood has been incredible.

We tried two other agencies before DarDoc. The difference is the people. Every nurse we've had is qualified, warm and treats mum with real dignity. Worth every dirham.

Our caregiver helps mum with her morning routine, her physio exercises, and her medications. She also makes her laugh, which I think matters just as much. We're so grateful.

Questions? Answers.

We match you with a DarDoc-employed caregiver trained in geriatric and home-nursing care, with at least 2 years of elderly-care experience, who comes to your home on the schedule you choose. From a single overnight booking to long-term monthly subscriptions, the same trained team supports your family across every stage. Booking starts with a quick chat on WhatsApp; we recommend the right care level and confirm a caregiver, usually within hours.

In the UAE, the term 'home nurse' is often used loosely to describe any trained home caregiver, not always a registered nurse (RN). Our team are clinically-trained caregivers with at least 2 years of elderly-care experience, BLS-certified, background-checked, and DarDoc-employed. Companion care covers daily support and supervision; clinical care covers medication, wound care, and post-hospital recovery — both delivered by the same trained team.

Yes. Our team supports the full journey: post-hospital recovery, chronic-illness care, wound care, mobility support, and routine monitoring. The same trained caregiver can stay with you across stages so your loved one doesn't re-explain their story to a new face every visit.

Yes. Clinically-trained caregivers cover overnight supervision, medication reminders, and routine monitoring so the family can sleep through. Overnight care is one of our most-booked services across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, and Sharjah, available as a single overnight or as part of a monthly plan.

Yes. Our caregivers are trained in medication scheduling, reminders, and administration in line with prescribed plans. For more complex regimens, we coordinate with the treating physician.

Yes. Our clinically-trained caregivers are experienced with post-hospital recovery and chronic-care patients, including wound monitoring, mobility assistance, weight tracking, and the gentle handling elderly patients need. The same applies to post-procedure recovery.

Yes. The minimum on-demand booking is 4 hours, so you can book a short visit, a half-day, or a single overnight shift. For longer-term support, weekly and monthly subscription plans are available with the same caregiver, and every monthly plan includes a free first nurse visit.

Every caregiver is a full DarDoc Health employee, not a freelance contractor. They are trained in-house, background-checked, BLS-certified, medically tested, and UAE residents. Most agencies operate from freelance pools where you don't know who will arrive at your door; we don't.

Every caregiver has a minimum of 2 years of elderly-care experience and passes a 7-step verification: background check, qualification vetting, hands-on training, in-house elderly-care training in our own facility, medical fitness test, BLS (Basic Life Support) certification, and UAE residency confirmation.

Yes. Every elderly-care specialist on our team has hands-on clinical experience and at least 2 years in home care. This is why we can support post-hospital recovery, complex medication regimens, and chronic-care cases that standard agencies cannot.

Yes. DarDoc holds a DHA Digital Clinic License (#2985077), a Home Healthcare License (#5167298), and a Pharmacy License (#1736821).

On monthly subscriptions, yes. You keep the same caregiver except on her scheduled off-days or sick leave. On occasional bookings, we strive to match the same professional depending on her schedule. Either way, our system passes a detailed handover so your loved one's routine and your preferences carry over.

We offer unlimited replacements at no extra cost. If the chemistry isn't right or her style doesn't match your home, message us and we'll swap her on your next booking. Your comfort is the bar.

The minimum on-demand booking is 4 hours. Monthly subscriptions cover up to 24/7 care and include a free first nurse visit. Pricing ranges from AED 33/hr to AED 99/hr depending on care level. We use volume-based pricing, so the more days and hours you book, the lower your hourly rate. Certified caregivers start at AED 33/hr; clinically-trained caregivers with longer experience sit at the higher end of the band.

No. DarDoc covers everything end to end. Caregiver transportation to and from your home, visa, sponsorship, and all employment paperwork are handled by us. You don't pay for transport, you don't sponsor a visa, and there are no hidden add-ons. The hourly rate you see is what you pay.

We currently serve Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, and Sharjah, with plans to expand to the other emirates soon. Same trained team across every emirate.
